How often should I schedule a Regular Cleaning?

Most clients choose weekly, biweekly or monthly. Weekly works best for busy homes with kids or pets, biweekly is the sweet spot for most families, and monthly suits tidy homes and seasonal residents.

Is my first appointment a Regular Cleaning?

We recommend starting with an Initial Cleaning to set the standard. It gives us the detailed foundation that makes every following Regular Cleaning more effective and consistent.

How long does a Regular Cleaning take?

It depends on the size and condition of the home. Recurring visits usually stay within a predictable window once we know your space.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients share access instructions and go about their day. If you prefer to be present, that is completely fine too.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped. If you prefer specific products or have allergies, tell us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is the service pet-friendly?

Yes. We work in pet-friendly homes every day. Let us know about your pets when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly.

Sweep or vacuum floors and mop hard floors when appropriate
Empty wastebaskets

Bedrooms

Make beds or change bed linens when clean linens are provided
Dust headboards, lamps and light switches
Vacuum floors and wipe accessible surfaces

Bathrooms

Clean mirrors, sinks, faucets, counters and toilets
Clean the bathtub or shower, enclosure, surrounding tiles and floors
Clean shower rod or door, faucets and towel bars

Kitchen

Clean counters, sinks, faucets, splash guards and backsplash
Load the dishwasher when it is empty
Clean the microwave inside and outside
Clean the exterior of oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, cabinets and small appliances

Not part of the Regular scope: detailed blinds, baseboards, reachable ceiling fans, window sills, interior glass doors, upholstery vacuuming, grout scrubbing and the interior of the oven, refrigerator or cabinets. These can be added on request as a Deep Cleaning or as extras.
