Is Move Out Cleaning right for me?
Yes if the property is vacant or mostly empty and being prepared for a new resident, owner, tenant or final walkthrough. If the space is still furnished and lived in, a Deep Cleaning is usually a better fit.
Are the interior of the oven, refrigerator and cabinets included?
Yes. Move Out Cleaning is the one service where interior appliance and cabinet cleaning is part of the standard scope, along with a full property reset.
How long does a Move Out Cleaning take?
It depends on the size, condition and layout of the property. Larger homes with heavy buildup take longer. We confirm the estimated time when we send your quote.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. Many clients share access instructions and let us handle everything. If you prefer to be present at the start or finish, that is completely fine too.
Do you move heavy furniture or appliances?
No. For the safety of the team and the property, we do not move heavy furniture or major appliances. Personal belongings should be removed and the space accessible before we arrive.
How do I pay?
We work with a two-step payment: fifty percent to confirm the appointment and the remaining fifty percent on the day of service, after the cleaning is completed.

Detailed dusting & wiping
- Dust furniture, headboards, lamps, large electronics and light switches
- Dust blinds, wall decor and reachable ceiling fans
- Wipe baseboards, window sills, doors, frames and interior glass doors
- Wipe exterior cabinets
Bathrooms & surfaces
- Clean backsplash, counters, mirrors and sinks
- Clean toilets, tubs, showers and wastebaskets
- Scrub shower tile and grout, baseboards and chrome
- Clean windows and visible wall scuffs
Kitchen & appliance interiors
- Clean the interior of the microwave, oven, cabinets and refrigerator
- Clean the exterior of dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and small appliances
- Load the dishwasher when it is empty
- Clean counters, sinks, faucets, splash guards and backsplash
Final home reset
- Make beds or change bed linens when clean linens are provided
- Vacuum upholstery
- Sweep, vacuum and mop floors as appropriate
- Final walkthrough for details before we leave
Before the appointment: personal belongings should be removed and the property should be accessible. VBC does not move heavy furniture or major appliances.
