Everything you need to know
How is the service plan built for my office?
Every office is different. We tailor your plan to the size of the workspace, number of restrooms and shared areas, cleaning frequency, occupancy and any specific requests. You get a scope and quote built for your business, not a generic package.
What frequencies do you offer?
Common frequencies are daily, three times per week, weekly or biweekly. We recommend the cadence based on foot traffic, industry and how quickly the space needs to stay guest-ready.
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our office clients prefer after-hours or early-morning cleaning so the space is fresh when the team arrives. Weekend service is available on request.
Do you provide products, equipment and supplies?
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped. Restroom paper products, liners and soap are restocked when supplies are provided by the client. Guest amenities and specialty products can be added to your plan.
Is your team insured and vetted?
Yes. Our team is trained, background-checked and fully insured. We also follow internal checklists to keep quality consistent across every visit.
Do you handle windows, carpet extraction or post-construction cleanup?
Those are not included unless specifically quoted. Exterior windows, carpet extraction, moving heavy furniture, dishwashing, hazardous or biohazard cleanup and post-construction cleanup require prior approval or a separate quote.
How do I pay?
We work with a two-step payment: fifty percent to confirm the appointment and the remaining fifty percent on the day of service. For recurring plans we can align billing with your preferred cycle.

Work areas & reception
- Dust and wipe accessible desks, conference tables, reception counters, chairs and furniture surfaces
- Wipe accessible high-touch points, including door handles, light switches and common touch surfaces
- Clean interior glass doors and reachable glass partitions when included in the plan
- Empty wastebaskets and wipe accessible shared surfaces
Restrooms
- Clean and sanitize sinks, faucets, countertops, toilets and mirrors
- Empty restroom wastebaskets and replace liners when provided
- Restock soap, paper products and toilet paper when supplies are provided
- Wipe floors and high-touch points
Break room & shared spaces
- Clean counters, sinks, tables, chairs and the exterior of accessible appliances
- Clean the microwave inside and outside when included in the plan
- Empty wastebaskets and wipe accessible shared surfaces
- Restock supplies when provided by the client
Floors & waste
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop hard floors as appropriate for the space
- Empty office wastebaskets and replace liners when provided
- Wipe scuff-prone areas and entry mats when possible
Customized to your business: your service plan and quote are tailored to the size of the workspace, number of restrooms and shared areas, cleaning frequency, occupancy and any specific requests. Not included unless specifically quoted: cleaning inside personal desks, drawers, cabinets or refrigerators; washing exterior windows; carpet extraction; moving heavy furniture or equipment; dishwashing; hazardous or biohazard cleanup and post-construction work require prior approval or a separate quote.
