Is this the same as a Deep Cleaning?
Not exactly. Initial Cleaning follows our detailed cleaning scope and is designed as the first appointment before starting recurring service. Deep Cleaning is a full seasonal or one-time reset. If you are unsure which fits your home, we can help you choose.
How long does it usually take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. Because it is a detailed first visit, an Initial Cleaning typically takes longer than a Regular Cleaning. We confirm the estimated time when we send your quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients share access instructions and go about their day. If you prefer to be present, that is completely fine too.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped. If you prefer specific products or have allergies, tell us before the appointment and we will do our best to accommodate.
Are the inside of the oven, refrigerator and cabinets included?
No, those are not included automatically. They are available as add-ons and must be requested and quoted separately.
Is the service pet-friendly?
Yes. We work in pet-friendly homes every day. Please let us know about your pets when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly.
How do I pay?
We work with a two-step payment: fifty percent to confirm the appointment and the remaining fifty percent on the day of service, after the cleaning is completed.

Initial Cleaning follows our approved detailed-cleaning scope.
Everything in Regular Cleaning
- Dust accessible furniture, large electronics, lamps and light switches
- Sweep or vacuum floors and mop hard floors when appropriate
- Empty wastebaskets
- Make beds or change bed linens when clean linens are provided
Detailed general areas
- Dust blinds, wall decor, decorative items and reachable ceiling fans
- Clean baseboards, window sills, door frames and interior glass doors
- Vacuum upholstery
- Empty wastebaskets and small trash bins
Bedrooms & bathrooms
- Clean mirrors, sinks, faucets, counters and toilets
- Deep clean tubs and showers, enclosure, tiles, floors, fixtures and towel bars
- Scrub shower tile and grout
- Make beds or change bed linens when clean linens are provided
Kitchen
- Clean counters, sinks, faucets, splash guards and backsplash
- Load the dishwasher when it is empty
- Clean the microwave inside and outside
- Clean the exterior of oven, range, refrigerator, dishwasher and cabinets
Important: the inside of the oven, refrigerator and cabinets is not included automatically. Those can be added as extras and must be requested and quoted separately.
